Gained experience in a high volume, fast-paced food service environment. Working with guests from all over the world and guaranteeing top of the line service for up to 30 guests at a time. Maintaining a working understanding of all food items, drink specialties, and liquor options for ease of purchase and description. Running large trays of food, maintaining running side work, and timing out tasks to turn tables quickly were large parts of my job. Live production show host for two productions on UCF’s campus. Duties included: writing news segments, reading from the Teleprompter to open the show, conducting interviews, leading group discussions, creating supplemental content, lining up interviews, storyboarding segment ideas, set design, take down and set up of set, and segment writing.

Handled the Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube accounts for two live production shows on UCF’s campus inside the Nicholson School of Communications RTV studio. Duties included weekly show updates, reminders, content creation,concept strategy, and writing. Beyond the Credits was a show devoted to movies, tv, and the industry. The Expansion Pack was a show dedicated to video games, anime, table top games, comics and the industry.

Ran sections of anywhere between 4 and 10 tables, often times getting double or triple sat. The ability to maintain a level head in a fast pace stressful environment is very important.
