Current Project: Modernization of case management system utilized by the Arizona Supreme Court and Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals.

- Liaised between MCAO business, IT staff, vendors, and Justice and Law Enforcement agencies to support and enhance core applications to meet MCAO business needs.- Provided oversight for the operation of the business analyst team and mentored junior members of the team in best practices, enhancing their skills in analysis, documentation, and release management. - Successfully initiated and implemented use of Azure DevOps in MCAO IT Department to enhance collaboration between staff, track project progress, and streamline application development.- Created, organized, and maintained business processes and aided in the design of IT solutions to address business pain-points and goals.- Offered strategic case management system support regarding application functionality, business processes, and data integrity.- Oversaw the deployment of new releases of the case management system and other software solutions.- Elicited, documented, and analyzed detailed business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.- Gathered requirements and specifications to create reports for users and management.

- Implemented Arizona Judicial Automated Case Management System (AJACS) in municipal and justice courts across Arizona.- Utilized extensive knowledge of Criminal Justice and court rules to ensure courts are in compliance with the rules of court while adapting to the new system.- Worked with court administrators and judges to correct cases, processes, and data to prepare for transition from current systems to AJACS.- Investigated data, interface, and user issues.- Gathered requirements from courts and translated them into business and functional requirements for the system (AJACS) while providing support to remote/developer colleagues during design, development, and testing phases to see the requirements through to completion.- Continuous learning to gain expertise on system functionality, data schemas, environments, configurations, integrations, and related business processes.

Assist court staff in the use of the court's case management system and Microsoft SharePoint account. • Quality AssurancePerform detailed review of deputy clerk work product and guide clerks through corrective measures to amend any errors. Case management of Criminal and Juvenile Appeals.

- Archiving Juvenile cases- Evaluating past juvenile appeal cases for preservation and retention of mandates, dismissals, and requests for review.- Cataloguing collections and managing information and records- Preparing Civil and Special Action cases to be sent to the state archives.
