Information Security Operations Analyst - Change Manager
Current•Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to create and manage operating procedures for application support in Confluence and obtain leadership approval•Assume the role of the scrum master to lead daily scrum meetings while providing leadership updates• Identify and engage in EIAM-related process improvement projects, as needed, and report specific requests and work orders to leadershipStrategically coordinate, plan, and manage change management operations including the implementation of application and infrastructure updates• Communicate change management strategies to teams and key stakeholders to guarantee their understanding and supportWork with trainers to create training programs to assist staff in understanding and adapting to change•Conduct technical assessments of change requests to determine server maintenance, decommissioning, and application updates per SLA agreements •Pull reports daily from Domo on change requests that are pending approval or on hold and perform a comprehensive technical assessment before going to CAB•Create comprehensive reports using Excel and pivot tables that include KPIs, information from ITSM Remedy, and the number of requests for internal and external customers monthly•Attend daily ICRB meetings and work with application and engineering teams to review and assess change requests and incidents •Train other team members on completing CV Label backups on production and stage through Cyberark
