From high school graduation to college graduation, I worked 10-20 hours weekly completing rotations in the Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, and Associate General Counsel departments. My projects included agency management operations, agency compliance, quality assurance management operations, and creating graphics and websites for Human Resources under the Director of Business Development. I reported to the Chief Marketing Officer and the VP of Human Resources as of August 2022. In August 2022, I was nominated by C-level management and awarded a scholarship for my work as an intern from The Council Foundation of Insurance Agents and Brokers.

As a marketing intern, I worked with Redtail CRM to help with client organizational management and analyzed $1M+ investment statements. I completed a Vanguard portfolio fund analysis using Microsoft Excel and built comprehensive financial plans that included real estate, investment, and insurance analysis to run retirement projections and scenarios. I also completed a Schwab portfolio performance analysis to help the portfolio management team with a new client investment transition proposal.

As a dance teacher, I prepared and choreographed routines for students auditioning for a local competitive studio dance team. This included teaching private dance technique lessons for one to three middle school students, as well as organizing showcases for the students' close friends and family.
