Key responsibilities include:MANAGEMENT•Create and update Documentation for all Sales and Procurement Processes to improve functionality •Supervise daily operations of procurement, sales administration, and HR •Manage functions that are outsourced •Assist business executive team with questions about requisition and process PROCUREMENT •Design and update procurement strategies that are creative and cost-efficient • Maintain trustworthy vendor/distributor relationships and negotiate favorable terms •Review and update contracts with vendors and distributors •Authorize and carry out purchase orders and confirm receipt of goods and services •Oversee systems and processes that track deliveries, supply of goods, and sales •Develop and maintain loyal customer relationships •Work with vendors and distributors to get quotes •Work with sales and engineering to create customer quotes HR•Seek candidates for open positions and perform interviews. •Enablement of all levels of recruitment process.•Onboard all new employees.•Help with employee off boarding forms, equipment return, and communication. •Research compensation and benefits packages. •Help with implementing training and development plans. •In collaboration with leadership, set up company policies and maintain updated forms, handbooks, etc. •Work with an outsourced HR consultant, ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures and HR compliance. •Create and maintain detailed job descriptions. •Process employees’ HR questions and respond in a timely manner. •Keep up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
