I analyze our client’s current and future maintenance requirements through various reporting including but not limited to the Cisco Total View Report (CTV) and Annuity Collaboration Workspace Report (ACW), along with licensing information from the Enterprise License Manager (ELM). I then renew or restore their network maintenance needs from beginning to end through the process of evaluating, quoting, validating, ordering and contract management. I am proficient in the management of Cisco Smart Net Total Care, Cisco Smart Care, Cisco Software Support Service (SWSS), and Cisco One. I manage these offerings through my capabilities primarily but not exclusively with the Cisco Commerce Workspace Renewals (CCW-R)), Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), Cisco Software Central (CSC), and Cisco Ready for Partners (IBLM). Though Cisco-centric, I can support other vendors including Tegile, Tintri, Microsoft, HP, Veeam, and more.Maintenance-specific training and certifications include the completion of the Cisco Services Expert Program (CESP), Cisco Accelerate Services Training, and Cisco One training.
