I co-founded AmeriHome along with other top talent in the mortgage finance industry, and served as its Managing Director of Business Operations, and Chief Information Officer. I was originally tasked with building out the data platform, and automation that still drive AmeriHome’s day-to-day operations, modeling, analytics, and reporting. Before joining AmeriHome, I served as Senior Vice President in Quantitative Implementation with the Corporate Investments Group at Bank of America, and filled various senior roles at Countrywide, including Executive Vice President in Trading where I managed the sub-prime, closed-end second, and HELOC trading desks, and was responsible for all related whole loan trading, securitization, pricing, valuations, and analytics. My two-plus decades of engineering, capital markets, and mortgage experience include the build-out and management of some of the most sophisticated data-centric and quantitative platforms in the mortgage industry.AmeriHome was founded in 2013 and quickly became a dominant player in the mortgage industry. By 2021, AmeriHome was the second largest correspondent lender in the country, employed 1,000+ people across multiple states, and provided upwards of $70 billion in liquidity to the mortgage market annually. In 2021, AmeriHome was acquired by Western Alliance Bank for $1.2 billion.
