Wonder Flex exposed the Wonder delivery platform to third party independent operators who wanted to launch their food concepts through Wonder and capitalize on the products, infrastructure and customer network. Fleet General Manager & Product Leader - September 2019 - January 2022Michael was responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing last mile logistics and delivery operations from the ground up. Responsible for all Product development and operations strategy, which included all facets of building the "Chef On Road" (COR) organization, training hundreds of new employees, building an in-house maintenance and repair network, as well as central command and control of the field operations which leveraged custom algorithms for routing and fulfillment.
