As a mechanical engineer for 10 years, I worked on some pretty cool projects like the Bose Frames and Home Speaker 500.But, in 2020, I burned out. I worked nights and weekends to grow my side hustle.I found an off-market storage facility and we wholesaled it, making over $200,000 profit. 6 weeks later, I exited my senior engineering position.Since then, I have built a self-storage acquisition team with two virtual assistants. We analyze 100 deals per quarter.We buy value-add storage facilities, $1M - $5M, 20k - 50k sqft. We modernize the facility and improve operations, providing double-digit returns for our investors.
