When Dan founded Eclipse he only wanted one thing, to help others. He noticed there was major lack of knowledge in the area of DOT awareness. He observed many companies thought they were abiding by state and federal regulations but in the end, were missing vital components to their DOT program. Believe it or not he worked for 2 years free of charge just to establishing his great reputation. Now Eclipse is used by some of the biggest contractors in the United states, as well as owner operator companies. Currently we sit on several boards including CVSA, TXTA, National Grange, Colorado State Grange, and numerous trucking associations across North America. In 2017 I joined Strike LLC as a Senior DOT Compliance Specialist with a complete accountability to lead all aspects of project including overseeing HOS (All Strike owned companies), ELD implementation, and sister company driver files (Crossfire LLC). I expand business and seamlessly transport larger orders to clients by acquiring oversize overweight permits for various states. I have enhance operational efficiency by delivering effective training to managers, supervisors, and drivers on DOT regulations. Fostered and strengthened relationships with local and state law enforcement agencies. I conform to predefined standards and accordingly developed and sustained current driver qualification records for the entire company, as well as manage telematics on all company’s assets. I am implement best practices which resulted in increasing Crossfire from 0% DOT compliance to 100% DOT compliance within months and aiding company to improve their SMS / CSA scores rapidly in all BASIC categories. I ensure minimum number of discrepancies by preparing and filing grievances against incorrect inspection results across the nation. I play a key role in reducing workplace injuries by designing and implementing countless safety training programs including a defensive driving course. I provide proactive assistance in selecting and maintaining vehicles in order to keep deliveries and distributions on schedule and within established budgets, as well as human resource duties in recruiting potential staff. I am expert and recognized for delivering effective training to more than 150 CDL drivers with 100% success rate. I efficiently identify requirements and accordingly established a new third party CDL testing unit within the State of Colorado with multiple testers and led the testing of over 500 CDL permit holders. I successfully built relationship with new patrons while sustaining noble relations with existing clientele. I prepared and maintained a financial plan to determine the business effectiveness. I oversaw the management of all vehicles assigned to CenterPoint CDL.
