Working closely with the company's system architect I was given a task to ignite a new project the company was aiming to develop. Main areas of responsibility: analysing project requirements, scaffolding and prototyping an initial project, onboarding and mentoring programmers. As the project was growing we successfully assigned two brilliant tech leads to the project which created space for me to focus on high-level concerns.The best achievement as I see it was seeing how the codebase digested dozens of programmers' input and didn't turn into a blob of legacy code. The best lesson: dealing with performance issues in nodejs/mysql on all levels.
