I am currently working on developing a TINY HOME community in Denver Metro Area, consisting of roughly 40 tiny homes.I have extensive experience in the real estate industry, both as an investor and a dedicated underwriter for a publicly-traded company. I most recently lead acquisitions and underwriting analysis as a Partner in Toprock Holdings, a private real estate company generating over $6MM in annual revenues. I managed our portfolio's day-to-day operations. Our properties include motels, vacation rentals, commercial multifamily, office space, storage, and parking lots in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs.I professionally photograph real estate as well as stage homes for local investors. I sometimes step in to help friends, family, and neighbor's home renovation dreams come true, as a general contractor. Outside of real estate, I was a professional athlete — and have started community organizations and apparel companies with an international reach.I love playing guitar and staying fit. All that being said, my family is what I am most passionate about. I spend most of my time with my wife and 3 kids.
