My name is Rotem Aharon and I am in charge of product management and brand development for cell phone accessories @GadgetEar Tech Inc.Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and marketing for Kick it phone stand and Gadget Glass mirror screen protectors. I work with our graphic team to make sure design of product and packaging is to our clients liking. Once a Design and prototype is made, I work with our client to make sure it is to their liking. Next step is market testing and feedback. I guide my clients on how to best achieve this and I do testing myself. We then tweak the final changes and its time for the mold and first run production. At this point Usi who is in charge of sourcing and manufacturing takes over. His job includes choosing the right manufacturing facility for the product being developed and making sure its done at the best cost and quality possible. Shipping and delivery of the product is handled by another section of the company but I consult my clients on how to manage shipping to their clients worldwide. I also consult in the final step of Marketing, Advertising and Sales. I have a strong background in Internet Marketing and online sales expertise.
