Loan Processor directs the remainder of the mortgage process as the client's primary liaison/key point of contact. Loan Processors build and manage client relationships via phone contact and use technical expertise to guide them from home financing through to closing, setting expectations, communicating requirements and resolving issues along the way. The Loan Processor coordinates the efforts of other departments necessary to close the loan.
