Service to the client is of the most importance. It lets them know through actions that they are valuable; not a number, not someone passing through, never to be acknowledged again. Treat people like they matter and they will seek you out. You will establish trust and it will stand the test of time. Even during the infrequent periods when I wasn't in direct sales, (ie. military, retail management) great service was needed to establish that trust. Over several years, I built relationships with parts dealers as I sold wholesale to small businesses desktop computers, servers and networks. This provided a stepping stone to regional sales in technology. Real Estate investing and Insurance became a perfect outlet for the entrepreneur in me. It required networking skills to make new contacts as I developed my business. Moving back from Ohio to Texas had been a desire for many years but the opportunity had never provided itself until 2014. We built our home and have established roots near our families. We are excited to be in Texas.
