As Managing Director of Reality Training Ltd I am actively involved in all of our projects as an experienced sales and management trainer with over 20 years experience, as well as being a trained Executive Coach. I enjoy training and coaching and my focus is helping our clients and their people realise their potential. I hope that those I train realise that what we are giving them are skills for life, for their careers, and designed to motivate and inspire. I also love selling our projects to our client partners. These are generally 2-3 year commitments and the working relationship is an essential part of any project, which contributes hugely to making it a success. My personal goal is to create the perfect training business for our clients, where we work as an independent department alongside them, and lead them to consistency, quality and results. In my free time I am a frustrated novelist, and write business books and fiction. My career started as an actor, and as a salesperson working in advertising. I founded Reality Training with my business partner Jeremy Blake, and for years we created a double act that trained thousands of salespeople across all industries. We now broadcast the 'Bob and Jeremy's Conflab', 'Contact Centre Focus' and 'The Reality is Sales Training' Podcasts. We have a team of 12 superb trainers, plus several executive coaches and management specialists. All of our work improves customer interaction for new business, retention and account management, working with a client's brand strategy. Our focus is on delivering world class training and inspirational events to companies and their teams through conferences, group training, team training and embedding programmes. Our work is bespoke, although we do offer open courses, too. In the last 20+ years we have worked with all sectors and delivered training in the United Kingdom, across Europe, the United States and the Far East. Each year, as a company, we train thousands of people and deliver hundreds of hours of one to one and group coaching. Our clients include Octopus Energy, Sky UK, Chubb UK, VW, Audi, Adobe Software, Wolseley, Sabre Inc (Travelocity), WNS in India, Dunelm, Carnival UK (Cunard), B&Q, Costa Coffee, TUI (UK), Halfords, Kuoni UK, The Automobile Association, The Cooperative Group, Hagerty Insurance, United Business Media & Thomas Cook. Our company goals are; To transform customer service and selling in businesses, retail and contact centres, worldwide. We are publishing a new book 'Whose side are you on?' in due course.
