Upon the conclusion of my internship, I prepared for my next chapter. To become a full-time employee at UCSF.

Office of the Chief • Worked with the business manager. • Steps for successfully closing a fiscal year.• How the year end financial report is interpreted and presented to the department’s various officials. • Different types of funding, clients, and policies. • Payroll and expense distribution to various funds. • Various financial systems within the department.• Presented payroll expenses and operation costs to the department’s executives and managers. • Completed a finance project for the entire department. • Completed an extensive finance project for only the department’s executives and managers.

Stadium Operations - Parking & Transportation • Assist in managing football & ownership stalls. • Manages ingress and egress of vehicles. • Tracks and records vehicle information. • Secures all property to decrease loss. • Answers event related questions. • Completes daily shift reports. • Responsible for the team’s assigned radios. • Manages radio communication when assigned. • Operate cushman cart to complete duties.• Assist as an event flagger to direct traffic. • Assist logistics team to breakdown barricades.

Accepted into the President’s Leadership Fellows Program (PLFP) at SFSU. As a student fellow, I have learned skills that include leadership, teamwork, personal branding, interview techniques, and networking.

Accepted into the Gator Leadership Circle (GLC) at SFSU. This program helped me build professional relationships with other students, professors, and university staff.

• Observed a classroom of high school students take their SAT and made sure they followed all the instructions that were stated to them. • Instructions included the following: Starting time for each section, break time, and ending time for each section. • Answered any questions that were not SAT related and constantly observed every student to make sure there was no academic dishonesty occurring. • Assisted the SAT Director with collecting attendance sheets, reading materials, and scantrons. • Sharpened pencils and packaged completed scantrons in boxes to be delivered and scored.
