Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. My name is Kyle Handy and I'm a passionate real estate agent and expansion team leader. I love everything about the real estate industry and what opportunities it provides to entrepreneurs who are proactive and hustle.I’m 35 years old and have had my real estate license for almost half my life (17 years). I got my start in new home sales. Earned 6-figures 4 out of 5 years there. Ultimately though, the hours and lack of leverage are what led me to pursue other opportunities and start up my own independent real estate brokerage in 2013, Handy Realty.I worked hard and grew this brokerage over 4 years to 15 real estate agents all while selling around 30-40 homes/yr personally. What I very quickly learned though is the overhead to keep the agents happy and growing far outweighed the 20% split I was earning from them. I was basically supplementing the business with my income from the homes I sold which greatly ate into my potential earnings.Then in 2017 everything changed! I sat for a meeting about a growing company called eXp Realty and realized instantly that this was EVERYTHING I had been looking for. eXp would allow me to not only sell real estate but also create leverage through attracting other agents to the company and earning publicly-traded stock awards.Fast forward five years, I’ve personally attracted 100 agents to the company which has turned into over 550 in my entire organization, spanning 34 US states and Canada. Now that’s LEVERAGE. I earn a very nice residual that covers the majority of my living expenses so that even if I don’t sell a home that month, my family and I are taken care of. Additionally, I’ve acquired over 26,000 shares of EXPI stock without directly purchasing a single one!And the best thing of all is that I get to help OTHER agents do the exact same thing!
