Sometimes I take for granted being in the real estate industry. Being in the midst of the daily goings-on this fast moving business provides me with powerful market knowledge and insights. Many people begin the process of buying or selling their most valuable asset without those same insights and that can make a person feel overwhelmed, vulnerable, or even stuck. My job is to educated and empower my clients to have confidence in their real estate decisions. The role I play in helping you make major lifestyle decisions is very important and I take it seriously. Big Sky real estate sales is my full time career and it keeps my engaged in my community. Over the years, I've gained experience with all facets of our local market, from short sales in entry-level condominiums to the upper echelon of properties and buyers, from commercial warehouses to historic estates. I was raised in Ohio and educated in Virginia. At Washington & Lee University, I earned a degree in Philosophy and studied the humanities in New Zealand and Australia. Nearly 20 ago, I moved to the West, knowing I'd found my new home. Since then, my time in Big Sky has enriched me. Now I serve as the Chair of the board for the Big Sky Community Organization, our little town’s largest non-profit. We oversee all the parks, trails, and BASE… a LEED certified community and cultural center. I also continue to serve as a founding board member of the Warren Miller Performing Arts Center. My husband co-founded Grizzly Outfitters in the mid 1990s and recently sold his business. We are passionate about Big Sky's future. This is a very exciting time to live in a small -- but growing -- town.

With the help of an outstanding and dynamic Board, I implemented the vision of the Arts Council: To provide residents and visitors and artists with premier events, education and creative opportunities in the Arts.

I helped develop and grow the Membership of the Arts Council as my primary responsibility. Volunteering and supporting the ACBS during the Music in the Mountains Summer Concert Series was my primary passion!In the summer of 2012, I integrated the Realtor community into our volunteer base, which resulted in raising funds for the organization and camaraderie among the local Big Sky agents and brokers.
