Responsible for front of house management at Restaurant Pho Mania in Olympia, WA. Helped with the startup and was responsible for training, hiring, and managing schedules, food quality, quality service, regulations, customer service, and customer interaction daily.

Worked prior to the pandemic remotely in order to tutor students coming from all backgrounds and ages, to promote affordable help and care for students from low income, immigrant, or struggling families through personalized phonics and math lesson plans, along with goals and clear weekly assignments.Post pandemic, worked along side teachers in different grades and schools to create a teaching environment for students in their homes who had language barriers, or struggled with all school subjects. Created very personalized, analytical, and observational lesson plans which allowed the students to take charge of their own learning and empowering them with encouragement and doable steps to succeed in new remote schooling!

Planned ahead, organized, and facilitated art opportunities throughout Baltimore City at sites like schools, neighborhoods art centers, and transitional/rehabilitative housing facilities. Worked along side the History Teacher at the Mount Royal Elementary School to plan a history curriculum involving art projects to enhance student understanding of the lessons in a fun, hands on way, while working in class interacting with students and teaching them the activities.
