As a Junior Partner on my team, my day consists of the following responsibilities:- Bringing in new clients, appointment-setting, follow ups- Engaging and collaborating with the team to achieve goals- Reviewing different perspectives to provide solutions and help close the deal- Meeting important deadlines I have quickly advanced through the ranks with recent accomplishments such as:1.) Consistently achieved high ticket sales on the team - $7,000,000+ sales volume2.) Increased customer retention through effective communication - More than 20 happy clients3.) Excelling in a team environment and motivating associates

With personal experience as a National level athlete, I honed in on my leadership skills and began coaching athletes who are eager to take their skills to the next level. My time as an athlete of the Varsity Lacrosse team dedicating multiple hours a week in the weight room I was also given the responsibility of fitness coaching the Junior Lacrosse team through:- Consistent effort, disciplined practice, and structured training- Teaching and performing rigorous structured workouts - Teaching sustainable exercise methods and injury preventionI quickly developed a passion for coaching individuals looking to grow their fitness abilities and continued as an individual trainer after graduating. In my few years as a coach, I have helped numerous individuals:1.) Improve their overall well-being & help them understand what training works best for them2.) Guided a few to podium finishes in their weightlifting competitions3.) Helped over 20 individuals permanently implement an exercise regimen into their daily lives.
