Growing up at the "end of the road" in northern Minnesota, I marveled at the freedom of flight, first embodied by the roaring firefighting aircraft that barreled over my childhood home year-round. These unique aircraft – de Havilland Beavers, Air Tractor AT-802s, and Canadair CL-215s – all represented the boundless potential of aviation, as I imagined myself aboard the flight deck. I now pursue that passion through my education, working fervently towards earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Aviation Management at Academy College. I maintain Director's List distinction while seeking various industry certificates, volunteer opportunities, civic engagement activities, and my private pilot certificate. I am privileged to contribute to various Minnesota aviation-related businesses, including Eagle Pods, Eagle Eye Photography, and Vanguard Pipeline Inspections. Additionally, I enjoy volunteering as a co-host and the managing producer of MSP Airport LIVE, a periodic live plane-spotting broadcast on YouTube for aviation enthusiasts. As a recipient of the Steve Brown Leadership Scholarship and the Sherm Booen Legacy Scholarship, my words and actions are backed by the confidence of the industry professionals at the National Business Aviation Association, Academy College, and Thunderbird Aviation.
