National Grid is a multinational electricity and gas utility company. It's core business is the transmission and distribution of electricity and natural gas to customers in New York, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. It is one of the largest investor owned energy companies in the world.I was part of the support service group and was responsible for monitoring and creating weekly work schedule for the Inside Service Inspection field workers (who check the gas meter inside your house every 3 years for leaks). After analyzing and auditing work reported findings and made suggestions that increased worker productivity by 33%. In addition I solely responsible for managing the computer database (Microsoft Access) for all gas meters in Massachusetts and New Hampshire

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is a nuclear power company, offering a wide range of nuclear products and services to utilities throughout the world.I spent two summers as a intern at Westinghouse Electric, during that time I performed pipe stress analysis on the reactor coolant piping system for the Waterford 3 - this included Finite Element Analysis, pressure/heat loss calculations, and component analysis using PIPESTRESS (very similar to ANSYS)I also did alot of 3D Cad modeling using Pro Engineer, which included modeling the shipping skids for the Shin Kori 1,2,3 unit(for more information download my resume)
