I led training, communications and change management professionals in 6 countries on 3 continents. We owned global training, communications and change for over 500,000 retail locations, with approximately 3 million retail employees. Additionally, I led and sponsored all global change management and transformation for the companies key projects. We managed a Learning management system and Online self service tool for employees and partners across 200 countries. During my time, we grew the usage of these systems by over 3,400%. I also led the building of our salesforce.com business governance.

Created and deployed a successful app into the market. The app has won numbers awards and been downloaded in over 70 countries. Additionally, we developed and secured a provisional and full patent.

Led all global organizational change management for a 5 year, $500 million front office and back office transformation. Partnered with the CIO and COO to build business process and systems to ensure the successful deployment of this rollout.

Led a team of content developers, designers, graphics artists, LMS administrators, and communications specialists to outperform results and expectations. We successfully launched training, communication and OD programs that included a nationwide ERP (time and labor) system to employees in 43 states, a CRM system to all property management team members, the procurement of a performance management system, the upgrading and management of a nationwide Learning Management System and a sales training program for front line and leadership. Some of the results of our team include cost reduction near 40% related to optimization of team and systems, driving a 150%+ increase in traffic to the intranet via effective communications programs and the development of a rapid development philosophy that cut the time to deploy a compensation program rollout down from 12 weeks to 2 weeks.Additionally, we deployed a first of it's kind in training...a revenue generating training magazine.

Built and led a training and development team of 52 developers (web/content), learning technology developers (elearning, LMS admin), trainers, and managers. My team was responsible for all content development and deployment for a call center organization with 9,000 agents accross 11 locations (US and International), and a field service organization with 6,000 service technicians and managers accross all 50 states.

Managed all training (employee and customer) for one of Gateway's retail location with $80 million in annual sales.
