The IT Officer responsible for ensuring the Hospital remains ISO: 27001 compliant through managing and documenting the processing of data. Including liaising with the relevant directors to update any documentation and policies where necessary when reviewing.Worked with the Radiology department to upgrade the PACS environment for X-Ray and MRI machines. Liaised with third parties to diagnose problems that are encountered across the hospital.Created various virtual servers for dedicated usages using VMWare ESXi and a DELL EMC SAN which run on Windows Server 2016.Manage the VOIP phone system from AVAYA to improve the phone system usage across the hospital.

Provided computing support for various staff across the hospital that use different software and systems, including the training and technical support. Managed the Active Directory and Group Policies across the hospital to meet the security requirements outlined by policies.Developed Python scripts to integrate the teleconsultation applications with the patient management system. Also developed a Python script to perform checklists and provide the results to the IT department.Used Microsoft SQL server to store data from the checklists and to compile a visualised output for use to better understand how the servers are being used by the hospital.

As a computer lab assistant, I assisted the teachers in helping the students work on their assignments. The purpose of this, was the ensure that all the students can receive the help that they need, and to ensure that they understand what is required from them and to provide any feedback, so that they can alter their work to improve its quality.
