CurrentKey Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with key GHRMS partners to create or update HR reference material- Create and/or update HR reference material (process documentation, procedures, training material and solutions) as appropriate, based on HR Scope of Services and processes- Create and/or update HR reference material as appropriate, based on problems identified and proposed work around solutions submitted by the Global Solution Coordinator;- In collaboration with GHRMS colleagues and partners, define appropriate solutions that will be promoted to the Solution Library to assist in Self-Service or case management (approved for internal use or published for self-service);- Proactively identify corrective actions that might be required on published content (process documentation, procedures, training material, or existing solutions);- Apply configuration management (versioning) in order to ensure appropriate Quality Assurance for all contents published;- Obtain content translation when required;- Obtain validation on proposed new or updated reference material from GHRMS colleagues, including Global Solution Coordinator to ensure that material is appropriate- Obtain approval on documented content/solution from Global Operations Support Manager and HR owner- Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to preserve member data confidentiality, and integrity in accordance with security policies.- Ensure compliance to quality standards in all aspects of service/project delivery as determined by processes, procedures, programs, and policies.
