I've been in many fields of customer service for the past 8 years. After graduating with my degree in psychology, I found myself on the career path in mental health office help. I advanced my technical skills, proficiency in work speed and ethics, as well as perfection in the work that I do. I learned to hone in on my ability to multi-task effectively. One of the achievements I am most proud of was my diversification of communication to all manner of peoples by mainly serving medical doctors, therapists, patients, insurance companies, and law offices. The privacy laws and HIPAA became second nature to me. I then moved up and into office management for 3 independent renowned counselors. It honed my skills in communication, insurance agencies, claims, billing, and with this added responsibilty I truly learned the meaning of multitasking, time management, and professionalism. I pride myself on my ability to learn very quickly to communicate with many different types of people. I also learned how to calmly handle any and all issues quickly and effectively and with an open mind. My time in management has definitely taught me the meaning of responsibility and I take it by hand humbly and happily. Of course my love and thirst for knowledge and for learning never ends-which always leads me on to bigger and better things.
