My role was to assist the CEO and executive team members to undertake business planning and risk management related activities and projects across the organisation. To coordinate cross divisional responses in relation to business planning and risk management related matters. Assist the organisation with identifying and developing process and systems improvement across the business. I worked closely with the executive team to manage and monitor the risk management and annual business plan. Extensive work on business process re-engineering and improvement. Development and maintenance of various dashboard and KPI reporting tools and business intelligence data.

My role was primarily around project management and business analysis for a large ICT software implementation. I was largely responsible for documenting business requirements, internal testing, process improvements & change management.

My role was to manage the coordination of the customer interface to all business users in regard to technological related incidents & service requests. To act as chief liaison with primary outsourcing partner, responsible for ownership of all online contact within the business and to manage the ICT procurement function. Provide exceptional customer service by managing and prioritising all incidents and escalations and provide appropriate reporting. Management of all online content for business, both internal (Sharepoint) and external (website). Assist with coordination and provide subject matter expertise for business related projects, including establishing standard methodology and process for project administration across the business.
