I am an ESG Integration Manager within Private Markets at Neuberger Berman. Previously, I worked within Deloitte's Casey Quirk practice supporting initiatives focused on long-term strategic planning, M&A strategy, product strategy and sustainable investment strategy. My project experience focused heavily on sustainable investing within asset management, specifically around sustainable firm vision design, ESG integration across the investment platform, and the future-state positioning of ESG and impact investing within the private markets.In 2018, I was seconded to Frankfurt for one year to support the build-out of Casey Quirk's EMEA practice. I not only supported strategy projects sold in EMEA, but also assisted in hiring local talent and marketing. I returned back to the US in 2019. Prior to joining Casey Quirk, I was a rotational analyst within BNY Mellon eventually landing in the Investment Management practice as a business analyst focused on distribution strategy. I received a master’s degree in International Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida.
