The successful candidate(s) will be professional team players with a "can do" attitude and have exceptional English reading, writing and grammar skills, internet and computer skills, organizational abilities, present well and be reliable. Office hours are flexible with remote work availability. All candidates must be proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and understand customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years active design experience, understand engineering fundamentals, have some field experience, and be able to provide an outstanding client experience. REARDON SULLIVAN, PE, LEED AP, PRINCIPAL, is the founding owner of WFT, Engineering an award winning firm he established 26 years ago specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, construction administration, energy modeling, life cycle cost analysis and cost compliance. Mr. Sullivan’s day-to-day responsibilities include oversight of MEP/FP engineering activities, project management, accounting, marketing, and client relations. His 34-year career in the engineering consulting field has advanced from designing simple HVAC systems to running a small business enterprise, managing large teams of design professionals on complex renovation projects in the private and public sectors. In addition to daily responsibilities of the firm, he continues to provide mechanical system planning, design and commissioning services. Mr. Sullivan received his BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland and he is licensed in three states including Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, in addition to NCEES. Mr. Sullivan also does expert witness work and has been qualified as an expert in codes. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at various professional symposiums and events including Bisnow's "5th Annual Real Estate Strategies for Associations and Law Firms" and the Federal Markets Property Summit on "Architecture and Design: New Initiatives in Green Building and Sustainability".
