    I was (JTPA) Job Training Partnership Act, Supv/ Director I wrote the proposals to be turned in, and did all the contract negotations, was responsible for the budgets, day to day supv'ing, developing a strong (OJT)ON THE JOB; program within our eight county area and working with each of our Tech schools and colleges in our area to keep our unemployed clients trained for todays marketing skills. We worked plant closures and layoffs to assure them we would be there face to face as they needed us. This was a win win for everyone. We were able to pay for our clients, therefore helping our schools , for they all worked w/ us for the betterment of our people.
