My unique practice has two main areas of focus: women’s health and muscular skeletal pain.In regards to women’s health I treats all issues in respect to a woman’s health including weight issues, hormones, fatigue, insomnia, thyroid disorders, PMS, menopause, and digestive disorders. When finding and treating the cause of a dysfunction she includes the following diagnostic and therapeutic modalities: clinical and laboratory diagnostic testing, nutrition, botanical medicine, bio identical hormones, exercise and prescription medication as needed.In addition, I focuses on muscle and joint pain. Treating neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain. I takes a holistic approach to diagnosing the cause of pain. Using a functional movement assessment, corrective exercise, myofasial and muscular therapies, I assists patients to move effectively and efficiently without pain. Her therapies work solely or in conjunction with chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and physical therapy. Passionate about wellness in the workplace and committed to health promotion, health education and disease prevention, I provide educational talks and fitness classes to businesses.
