-Managed full accounts payable process.-Process accounts payables and receivables, including, reviewing all invoices against approved purchase documents, coding to appropriate GL accounts and departments, and entering into computerized accounting system.-Review employee expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistent compliance with the corporate travel policies. -Provide recruitment support including posting available positions and scheduling interviews. -Maintain applicant flow logs for EEOC reporting, compliance, and communicating with candidates and recruiters. -Execute on-boarding initiatives with new hires including collating new hire packets, delivering new hire orientations, enrolling new hires with benefit providers, and in-house services and systems, and auditing and following up on new hire documents and enrollment forms. -Assist employees with benefit and payroll questions, address and family status changes, and policy and procedure interpretation. -Maintain employee files and time off records. -Process termination tasks for exiting employees which include reporting the employee's termination date to benefit providers, COBRA document preparation, enrollment, compliance, and tracking as required.
