Reward Sciences is a loyalty system that allows organizations to engage their users on specific activities through campaigns.As these activities take place, users get points they can then exchange for experiences and rewards which are provided at no additional cost for the organization.These activities can be tracked directly through our API and SDKs, or through our Zapier app. This makes the process extra convenient for organizations wanting to incentivize activities that take place on third party services such as Paypal, Shopify, Eventbrite or Twitter to name a few.My team built and maintained Reward Sciences' core product, including its web app, API and SDKs, as well as its marketing site.Our technology stack included Ruby, Rails, PostgreSQL, Sass, and AngularJS.

BenchPrep is an award-winning learning platform that allows students to buy and access educational content from all their devices. It is backed by NEA, Revolution Ventures and Lightbank.On Benchprep, I led a wonderful team of developers and designers from SouthAmerica. We were in charge of building new features and tools for the various projects of the company in collaboration with teams in Chicago and India.Amongst other projects, my team built a complete enterprise level content management system tailored specifically for test prep content. We defined the UX for the project and built it from the ground up. From information architecture design, to back and front-end implementation of it.I've also recruited senior developers and designers for the company.Our technology stack included: Ruby, Rails, Sinatra, PostgreSQL, Redis, Haml, Sass, and Backbone.

Monthlys is a marketplace to manage subscriptions and memberships to products and services in an easy convenient way.It was founded by Lightbank, the incubator behind Groupon, MediaBank, and Echo.I started working on Monthlys when it was just an idea and it was such a great experience to build it from the ground up. To do so I had the opportunity of gathering a wonderful team of designers and developers from my home town, Montevideo, Uruguay.Our technology stack included: Ruby, Rails, Sinatra, PostgreSQL, Redis, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript with AMD.

Moove-it is a software development company based on Montevideo, Uruguay.As an Interaction Design Lead my work included creating wireframes and prototypes, validating them through user testing, presenting the results in client meetings and finally implementing them in collaboration with the rest of the development team.Our technology stack was diverse as many different companies were involved. It included Ruby (Rails), as well as PHP (Wordpress, Drupal and Zend Framework).

Globant is a software development company with headquarters in Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, England, and United States.On Globant I worked on a marketing research portal application called KantarMediaSpace for KantarMedia a brand of media analysts and advisors from Europe.The app presents infographics on how certain campaigns perform in a particular marketplace and allows advisors to get insights and generate reports about them.The technology stack for that product included MySQL, Java, RocketUI (Globant's internal javascript framework), HTML and CSS.

CLK is a small software boutique located in Montevideo, Uruguay.My everyday tasks there included meetings with clients, wireframe design, user testing, and coding. Our aggressive pace led us to ship quality products in two-week iterations.Our technology stack included: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
