I work with companies, non-profits, and governmental agencies across the country on meeting and exceeding the emerging best practices around stakeholder and community engagement and community benefit plans related to clean energy development. Additionally, I provide expert policy analysis and market recommendations related to hydrogen, electricity markets, transportation electrification, and transmission.

I led Strategen's work on engagement and facilitation and development and delivery of strategic stakeholder engagement related to clean energy, including capacity building, strategic engagement planning, development of community benefits plans, stakeholder education, and facilitation.

The ORESA project is funded through a $1.1 million U.S. Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment grant awarded to the Oregon Department of Energy, working with the Department of Land Conservation & Development and Oregon State University's Institute for Natural Resources.

Renewable Energy Specialist working on Oregon's RPS + renewable energy markets. Focus on challenges and opportunities associated with adding high amounts of variable renewable electricity to the grid, emerging energy markets in the West, and voluntary renewable energy markets. Program administrator for the Oregon RPS, including certification of eligible generation facilities and related rulemakings at ODOE. Former Chair of the Portfolio Options Committee, an advisory body to the Oregon Public Utility Commission for the state’s voluntary renewable power programs.

Notre Europe is a Paris-based think tank dedicated to European unity. Notre Europe commissioned a workgroup of Columbia University MPA students to examine the merits for the EU of promoting decentralized, community-owned, and clean electricity generation. The study also provided EU-level policy recommendations and was presented at EU policy gatherings in Paris and Brussels.
