About Rebecca Hansen

I fell in love with aviation as a little girl on my way to school a sunny day when I heard a roaring whatt and pritney jet engine from a fighting falcon take off at Kjeller Airport and almost cut off the bus roof. Power, speed, aerobatic - co-creation with man and machine in the air, I was sold at that moment! The thrilling experience led me a few years later to a date on Starmoen Airport where I formed a passionate relationship with gliding after my first experience catching the uplift below a mighty cumulus cloud. From that day my adventure with air sport began but also the journey to explore leadership and how to add value to people and organizations. ---------------------I have dedicated myself to invite people and individuals into a journey of transformation to bring greater value to the society. I am known for my great courage to develope potential and great enterprise in dealing with challenges and problems fueled by my passion for the greater good and appetite for the unknown. After a major disappointment when my military career ended due to a back problem I found my way into the field of psychology. I had the great joy and privilege of doing a SEM-analysis on the data from Henning Bang's research on Scandinavian management teams and finished my master theses in 2015 with an A.---------------------I quickly and very unexpectedly discovered the joy of entrepreneurship when I was headhunted to be a project leader and concept developer for the social entrepreneurship Yelpi - which challenges the black market of sharing economy and small private services. At the same time I founded my consultancy company and have since then had the privilege to assess leadership behaviour and coach leaders to become more versatile, changed cultures in organizations, helping companies to deal with difficulties and position themselves for the future. I love to coach and mentor individuals in all age groups to increase their quality of life. I have worked with companies from all sectors - private sector, public sector and non-profit. ---------------------All practices have a solid foothold in research. I work as a process consultant and my goal is always to make sure transformational change happen and lasts.
