MRC Transition Fellowship working with the UKRMP to explore the latest advances in high content imaging and functional genomics to identify new therapeutic targets and drug mechanisms that promote healthy liver regeneration. The project aims to use high-content image analysis and machine learning to predict the liver regeneration potential and hepatotoxicity of pharmacological and genetic perturbations.
