Interviewing, and hiring employees, conducts performance reviews.During my FD (event manager) years, I Managed most of the Chicago Botanic Garden events, from 2002 to 2008. I supervising multiple space indoor and outdoor events and off premise environment. I also directed corporate events, such as Google’s specials events; VIP and social events ranging from several courses, intimate presentation to 700 people sit down dinners in Chicago’s venues, galleries and private residences. Part of my job title is to have close client communication, staff selection, management and post- program review. Handled all the pre- event logistics including; client contract review, equipment procurement, staff assignments, walkthroughs, tastings and events layout. Train, supervise, and evaluated staff to exceed catering standards.During my time in Calihan I have also worked on proposal drafting’s, menu creation, event designing and follow-up with clients. Equipment revision, lay out design and creating Bar request sheet.I also Help Account with billing and filing.
