• Co-responsible for the organisation of external events, helping with scheduling, defining timelines and deadlines, developing and creating dissemination materials and supporting the team in the execution of the activities on the day of the events.• Support in the development and creation of publicity materials (trainings, e-folders, newsletters).• Responsible for administrating and creating content for the social media channels, as well as e-mail marketing and newsletter.• Management of the CRM, updating information and performing customer registration.

• Support the area’s manager and assistants with daily demands.• Assistance in analyzing customer sales data (Sell In and Sell Out).• Responsible for creating and adjusting presentations in PowerPoint for trainings of some company’s brands (The Beauty Box, Quem Disse Berenice?, Nuxe, Lee Stafford and Bio-Oil).• Support in the preparation of the exhibition of products in the POS and merchandising materials.• Assistance in the administration of demands with creative/advertising agencies and suppliers.• Responsible for weekly-feedback-reports for the international brands (Nuxe, Lee Stafford and Bio-Oil).

• Assistance to the area’s manager and assistants with daily demands.• Support in the preparation of spreadsheets and reports for customer’s sale data analysis.• Contact with suppliers and customers – support with demands and gathering information for improvements research.• Support with payments control.
