Customer Success Manager
Current- Responsible for Customer Success Implementations supporting LogMeOnce security platform. - Assist customers in transitioning to the LogMeOnce and realizing the value of their security investment - Collaborate with technical specialists supporting sales activities including reviewing business requirements, developing solution architecture and executing proof activity including workshops, benchmarks, etc. - Act as liaison between sales, sales engineering, consulting and development for product sales opportunities. - Design LogMeOnce based solutions that resolve a customer’s immediate business issue and create an overall architecture enabling long-term business goals to be realized - Articulate technical features and benefits of LogMeOnce products which can add value to clients through demonstrations, presentations, prototypes, benchmarks, and RFP's
