About Rebeca Arens

Hi! I'm a designer with a passion for meaningful, inclusive experiences, developed through extensive training and 4+ years of experience in the fields of education, writing, and design, bolstered by my BA in English and Hispanic Studies. My past jobs as a teacher have allowed me to develop an empathetic eye for solutions and a collaborative spirit; it also exposed me to the growing importance of technology in education, and I transitioned into UX in order to combine my passion for working with and helping others with my creativity and love for design.Living and teaching abroad has honed my ability to communicate and organizational skills, and helped me develop an open mind that is ready and able to spot different patterns of thought, first in the classroom and now in visual and graphic design. I'm excited to engage my skills, my creativity, and my passion for design to take up the challenge of creating concise and intuitive solutions. Feel free to check out my portfolio at rebecaarens.com, and let's connect!
