I'm a data enthusiast who loves to talk and get things done! I see data analysis as a tool to enhance our capacity to make things happen the best way possible. Knowledge is one of the things that makes us able to make changes, and sharing it is what makes us go beyond the expectations, so I combine my storytelling skills with my technical ability to understand and analyze data. Then I go around telling people (and by people I mean my work peers and also my friends, hahaha) what the data is telling me, hoping we can improve more and more! I've been doing this professionally for +3 years now.I'm a Data Scientist (aka Analytics Partner) at CESAR, helping the company work as a data-driven one, providing dashboards, data analysis, and insights to our internal teams (Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Sales, etc), helping them become more agile and precise through data-based decisions. I'm also a post-graduate student in Business Intelligence and Analytics.Prior to that, I worked as a BIP intern at Google, with the Waze Ads team, creating strategic insights and data visualization tools to help the sales team understand more about clients' and users' behavior. Before Google, I used to work at Phoebus Technology as a data scientist, studying, implementing, and deploying ML models to solve diverse problems (from recommender systems to image recognition). Stack: Python, Data-related libs (such as Pandas, Numpy, Matplot Lib, etc), BigQuery, SQL, DataStudio, Tensorflow and ML-related libs (such as Scipy, Scikit, PyTorch, etc), Docker, Git, Kafka, Airflow, Salesforce, PowerBI, Big Data, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Data Visualization, Statistics, etc.
