Ich bin Pädagogin und Psychopädagogin und arbeite im Bildungs-, Sozial- und Arbeitsbereich.Ich sehe meine Berufung im Arbeits- und Sozialbereich in der Behandlung, Hilfe, Koordinierung und Anleitung von Menschen, damit sie nicht nur ihre Arbeit besser ausführen können, sondern auch persönlich wachsen. Daher konzentriert sich mein berufliches Ziel auf das Wachstum im Bereich der Humanressourcen eines Unternehmens oder einer Einrichtung, die Ausbildung, Wachstum und Bewertung ihrer Mitarbeiter sowie die Erstellung von Ausbildungsplänen, Bedarfsermittlung, Personalauswahlverfahren, persönliche und berufliche Entwicklungstechniken usw. benötigt.Im akademischen Bereich die Figur des Psychopädagogen für grundlegend, der diese Ressourcen zur Verfügung stellen und die Bedürfnisse lösen kann, die sich täglich in den Bildungszentren ergeben, und in gleicher Weise die Familien dieser Zentren begleitet. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Soy pedagoga y psicopedagoga, orientada en los sectores de educación, social y laboral.Por ello, mi objetivo profesional se focaliza en un crecimiento dentro del sector de recursos humanos de que requiera de formación, crecimiento y valoración de sus empleados así como la creación de planes de formación, detección de necesidades, procesos de selección de personal. Therefore, my professional objective is focused on growth within the human resources sector of any company or entity that requires training, growth and valuation of its employees as well as the creation of training plans, detection of needs, personnel selection processes, personal and professional development techniques, etc.In the academic field, I consider fundamental the figure of a psychopedagogue who can provide those resources and solve the needs that arise daily in the educational centres and in the same way, guiding the families of the same.
