E.g. resolution of calls rejected between GEO SIP servers, calls not following chains after upgrade. • Plan, design and execute projects to develop IT infrastructure and network performance, security and redundancy on our DCs and on premise equipment. E.g. secure centralized routers access using RADIUS and AD, migration of services to new 10 GB ENNI, DC power consumption study and reduction.• Interact with service providers and clients in order to effectively achieve proper operations/integrations. E.g. Bell, Rogers, Allstream / ZAYO, Cogeco, Primus, 911 Intrado, Iristel, Fibernetics and many more. • Enhance knowledge by training clients and coworkers and by documenting network configurations, backup strategies, technical guides and more.
