As a Quality Assurance Assistant at Novartis, I am passionate about ensuring the highest standards in pharmaceutical products and processes. During my role at GSK as a Research Scientist in their Biopharmaceutical department, I had the opportunity to refine my skills and broaden my knowledge, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. I was honored to be presented with awards by the Head of Department for my hard work, dedication, high-quality results, project presentation, and data conclusions, which further motivated me to maintain excellence in my field!I hold a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from Aston University, where I achieved a 2:1. My academic background equipped me with a deep understanding of scientific principles and research methodologies, further fueling my passion for improving patient outcomes through quality and innovation in the pharmaceutical sector.In addition to my experience in science, I have a background in education, having worked as a Senior Educator at Explore Learning. I design custom flower bouquets, blending attention to detail with artistic expression, and work closely with customers to meet their unique preferences. I am a regular gym-goer and practice Pilates to build resilience, endurance, and determination.
