To monitor and maintain the 24 hour PMO risk register for United Airlines technology refresh project. To facilitate results and identify high escalated items for review and action Responsible for training PM’s and PC’s on identifying risks/issues and how to input them correctly into the register for further review. Responsible for data mining and identifying high director level trends, preparing them for director level review and solution based discussions. Responsible for creating and directing the weekly Director Level meeting with CEO and CFO to discuss and create solutions for high priority items. To perform high level customer facing training for all PM’s within the project to ensure all high level issues and risks can be easily identified.To performing weekly queries for assigned items for director level issues and alert assigned parties to their items.To create work flows to streamline the risk register in order to quickly identify and catch items that may be confirmed issues that were missed
