The Sisterhood Development Chair in a sorority focuses on fostering community and strengthening bonds among members. Key responsibilities include organizing bonding events, supporting new members, promoting chapter values, and encouraging engagement. This role requires strong organization, creativity, interpersonal skills, and leadership to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where members feel connected and supported.

Campus Relations Coordinator oversees the strategic planning and execution of collaborative initiatives with various campus entities, including Greek organizations, university departments, and student groups. Responsibilities include coordinating on-campus events, fostering partnerships with Greek organizations for activities to promote engagement, and maintaining regular communication with Phi Sigma Sigma alumni to provide updates on chapter activities and achievements. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting positive relationships within the campus community.

Member-At-Large serves as chairman of the standards board and ensures that standards of the chapter are upheld. Communicates any changes in membership status to the chapter and Fraternity. Provides a list of sisters who are excused, late, or unexcused at meetings and events. Interprets the constitution, bylaws, policies, and ritual of the Fraternity.
