As a director at PRR, led the firms public outreach efforts for many planning, design and public policy projects with public agencies in the region. Work included multiple Sound Transit Regional projects; facilitating stakeholders and creating opportunities for culturally and linguistically diverse constituencies participation in Seattle Housing Authority's Hope VI projects at High Point and Yesler Terrace among the many projects. Responsible for business development, project and budget management and supervision of five staff.

Co-lead a project team of planning and outreach experts working with citizen stakeholders to create the redevelopment plan for Redmond's Downtown Transportation Master Plan; guided community involvement process of listening, design participation and development of the engagement strategy for the redevelopment of Yesler Terrace; and planned and implemented the South Lake Union Sustainability and Livability Charrettes among other projects.
