Currently moved to Northern Idaho and am working for Spokane Valley of Cascadia. Before that I was at Silver Ridge Care/ Caldera Care as their HR/AP/ Payroll Manager. In 2021, I left my role as the Supply Distribution Supervisor over the Sharp Metro Campus in San Diego. Before the move to Sharp, I previously came from Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla as the Supervisor over Cardiothoracic, Vascular, and Robotic Surgery as well as Cath Lab, EP, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, ASC outpatient surgery, on-site clinics, and Anderson Mill Pavilion building for 4 and a half years. Due to my processes and procedures, I was asked to move to Scripps Green Hospital where I was over Scripps Surgery, Ambulatory Surgery, Scripps Carmel Valley ASC and Scripps Rancho Bernardo ASC departments to implement and improve the departments.I started in health care through Care Hawaii when I was 20 years old working with developmentally disabled ranging from children to adults. Care Hawaii provides outpatient mental health services to Hawaii's children, adolescents and adults through a network of mental health professionals committed to best practices in service delivery. My job during this time was a "Crisis Direct Care Staff" in a crisis facility where we would work to bring our patients back to base line, figure out what their triggers are, finding patterns, understand everything going on in their life and provide the best care possible so that our patients could go back to their homes and family.From Care Hawaii, I moved to Austin, Texas and worked at Seton Medical Center. Within my 8-month time, I was quickly promoted. I handled any issue throughout the hospital, ordered equipment, delivered supplies, etc. I ran a warehouse and handled the house phone for the hospital.Immediately after leaving Seton, I moved to California for a job at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla where I started as a coordinator in the operating room. From there, I was promoted to Supervisor shortly after. I have been instrumental in building the processes and procedures for the Scripps and Sharp Healthcare Systems which are now used as guides and training documents. I have done many builds from the ground up for both healthcare systems and have taken on my own projects of cost savings initiatives for the systems.
