Under my leadership, my department was the only department to successfully onboard users onto Salesforce and set a conversion funnel to enable analysis and experimentation. Mid roll out, we sunset this product and replaced it with a new growth product in six weeks in response to changing lending demands during COVID-19. I worked with stakeholders to develop a custom quoting experience to meet our sales and product needs, while enabling client facing self-serve quoting.
