My role involves proactively identifying and cultivating new education-related clients in Australia and New Zealand through a consultative and solution-focused approach. I work with international education institutions and service providers in growing, improving and securing their international education recruitment strategy through In-Country Representation (Presence), Enrolment Services (PACE) and consulting.

My role was to drive new business opportunities for Torrens University Australia, THINK Education and Media Design School. In collaboration with the international executive team, my role also develops and implements the international strategy and plan.Key responsibilities include:• Own and deliver key international projects and associated targets• Grow Offshore Online and Global strategy, including the US• Align and manage individual priority targets with senior leadership team members as appropriate• Set up, grow and manage new business ventures to facilitate additional revenue streams for the business• Develop and drive sales programs to increase results for the international/global market segment• Collaborate with TGES International Recruitment teams and personnel both within Australia and abroad• Clearly articulate the message and progress of deliverables to key internal stakeholders• Overall management and approval of the joint marketing programs- including marketing to and with partners• Relationship management of high-level governmental entities, peak educational and industry bodies, and relevant officials and stakeholders globally

As Director, Global Platforms and managing a team in Colombia. Key responsibilities include:• Oversee project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party• Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction• Advocate and promote TGE as an Edtech company, keeping up to date on new technology, practices and trends.• Build in-depth knowledge of the platform, competitive positioning and industry trends• High-level technical leadership to adopting new functions and features, overseeing systems integration, quality assurance and regular maintenance

Working with the Director, New Business and Strategic Partnerships, my role as the Senior Business and Programs Manager was to identify new channels or program/project opportunities for student recruitment, and to then nurture and develop these opportunities in order to drive positive business outcomes. I was responsible for engaging with, and managing relationships with, external stakeholders (curriculum providers, industry figures, education agents, schools and institutional partners) to help drive lead generation and conversion initiatives. My work incorporated all aspects of project management and includes providing expert advice and managing major change programs in order to support the delivery of project outcomes.

As part of the Sales and Marketing team, my role was to support the achievement of property occupancy targets through the management of Urbanest’s international consultants and teams, and to assist with business development and international strategy.Responsibilities included:- Negotiation of contracts and remuneration for international consultants- Provision of strategic direction for the international teams to support the delivery of property occupancy targets- Production of in-region sales and marketing plans in coordination with the international teams- Assistance in the recruitment of international team members- Identify and develop new agent, aggregator and direct-let partnership opportunities- Identify and present opportunities for revenue and occupancy growth- Work on strategies with international teams to address issues and market shifts- Identify and engage in opportunities to support and position Urbanest as a thought-leader in the PBSA industry
